NIGHT CLUBS
As you can imagine with Prague’s reputation for stag weekends there are many “gentlemen’s” clubs there, ranging in size from the smaller clubs to huge clubs spread over a number of floors. So whether you are having a quiet break on your own or a group of you go for a stag weekend there is something for all tastes. Most of the larger clubs are around the Wenceslas Square area and the smaller and more reasonably priced clubs are mainly further from the tourist area of Wenceslas Square. At night Wenceslas Square comes alive with activity and also “PR” guys from the near-by clubs, these guys can be very persistent especially once you start talking to them so it is best to just keep walking and ignore them or if it is a quiet night maybe get a free tour of the club to see what it is like inside, just remember these guys only get paid their commission if you pay to enter the club. Most clubs have an entry fee of around 200 CZK, this seems to be the normal price whatever size the club is. |

Goldfingers is a large up market strip club in this area, it is in the Ambassador Hotel on Wenceslas Square, so this maybe an ideal place to stay and enjoy the nightlife. Hot Peppers is also in this area another up market strip club. Both clubs offer shows throughout the night and private dances are also available, but they are strip clubs so that is all that is available in both these clubs. Also in this area are 2 of the biggest “erotic” clubs in Prague, Darling Cabaret and Cabaret Atlas. Both clubs have live topless dancers all night and also live erotic shows throughout the night as well. There are also lots of girls in both clubs that you can have a private dance with or go to a room with for “company” or even buy a drink with at the bar. Darlings Cabaret is the biggest club and also expensive, probably the most expensive club in Prague, it is worth a visit though even if it is just for one drink and a look around there are many gorgeous girls there and some of the shows are definitely worth seeing. |
Cabaret Atlas is not quite as big as Darlings or as expensive, some drinks are even quite reasonably priced although some drinks are very expensive so best to check before you buy.
Not far from the centre is Club K5 Relax. It is quite a big club to and styled like an up market gentleman’s club. As it is not on the centre the prices here could be classed as quite high but it does try and maintain a high class atmosphere and there are usually a good number of nice girls here. It is the sort of place people either seem to love or hate. It also has a reputation for very good food here. |

Moving away from the larger clubs there are loads of smaller clubs dotted all around Prague. These clubs tend to be a lot more friendly and cheaper, if a little more difficult to find. Sweet Paradise is one of the larger of these type of clubs with quite a few girls to see usually and very reasonable prices for everything on offer here. The Neon Club is another similar place again with good prices. AAA club and Escorts is a very friendly club, always a great relaxed but fun atmosphere here with very helpful and friendly staff.Most of these smaller clubs offer a pickup service which if not free is usually very well priced, it is always worth phoning to find out as if you get in a taxi and ask to be taken to a certain club chances are the driver will either say it is closed or tell you it is the worst club in Prague and offer to take you to a club he gets commission for taking you to, if he does take you to your chosen club it will more than likely cost you double of what it should! |

AAA club offer a free pick up service and even if their driver is busy when you want to leave will organise a taxi for you that will not try and rip you off. So if you plan to visit one of these smaller clubs unless you make your own way there by foot or public transport phone them first.
